Cex Really matters - my attempt at blogging!

Seeing as 'improving the lot of the customer' is dear to my heart, I decided to base my blog on that very topic. Holding my hands up, I realise there's a fair bit of work involved in terms of motivating yourself to write regularly, but I'm confident that as I get the bug and others start to see the site, the writing juices will once again flow!
